Sweetie living the dream- almost. too bad these two creatures at the Natural History Museum weren't real. Brings back fond memories to me stitching away at his Christmas surprise
Justin's childhood favorite cafe colonial really pulled through the goods with my acai bowl. The place was just the sweetest. along with the pictures I have also included a sample of the wall paper in the SOHO grand bathroom- I would like some for myself
we at this time moved our home base over to the meat packing district. This meant even more walking for us over to the favored Greenwich area- good thing sweetie's Reeboks could handle the miles of walking a day since we all know my boots didn't hold up too well. thank you dr. scholls
my old photo teacher used to call the "magic hour" as a time when there was still natural light, yet store fronts and street lights were also turned on. Although some of these are not technically that category...i thought they still worked. Also Cafe Gitane pictures. I love it there.
Ok, so being a California native I was pretty excited to go to the east coast and wear a winter coat for the first time in forever. As it turns out I really do love the sun and it ended up being a miracle that half of the time we were in the city it was 70 degrees out. Apparently the new yorkers also love the sun because Central Park was a mad house and walking through you could pick up on everyone's happiness at the first sign of spring. yay!
Although much too big to make through in one day, the met is very entertaining. Good thing right when sweetie and I were getting museum legs and trying to leave we stumbled upon the Monet, Renoir, and those cool men. whewwww
